You can place order by using the following platforms:

1. By phone – you can call us directly to place your order.
2. By whatsapp (0811-9109181) – easiest and fastest way to get response from us.
3. By email – you can reach us through email. Please state your order and quantity, expected delivery address and date, whether you want to pick up your order yourself or go-send arrangement. We will come back to you as soon as possible with the estimated total fee.
4. By Inquiry Form – Use the Order Form on the right (for desktop) or the bottom ( for mobile). Just fill in the form with the required information, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We check our whatsapp and emails regularly. Please expect that we will response within 24 hours or earlier.

Ideally please place the order at least 3 days in advance.

Currently, we only accept payment by bank transfer to our BCA account. All our prices exclude delivery fee. We will inform you the total amount to be transferred including any delivery fee.

Unfortunately we don’t accept cash on delivery option.

We will only include your order into our baking schedule once we have received your full payment.

It’s been our dream to have a store. But as of yet, we are still an online cake shop in Jakarta.

We send our cakes and cookies by Go-send (Gojek), or you can pick up the cakes from our kitchen at Jakarta Barat. We will inform you the exact address once you place the order.

It depends on the delivery method you choose. If you choose Go-send, you will have to pay for the Go-send fee. If you choose to arrange for the pickup yourself, we will inform you once the cakes and cookies are ready for pick up.

Currently we only serve Jakarta and its surrounding area which are reachable by Go-send. Most of our cakes need to be chilled and our cookies are fragile.
